This is beneficial to the client because there is no construction loan needed to build with Oevering Homes. Just a $1000.00 deposit will get you your lot and home started.

Oevering Homes provides its clients with our in-house financing resource to obtain a mortgage pre-approval and information about any questions on the mortgage process.
