Step 1 - Whether your buyer is pre-approved or not, we can assist with all aspects of building with our many financing options.  Once we determine a price range of what you or your buyer is able to afford, we can then start the process.  We have 4 developments to choose from along with city lots, so we have an abundance of options that fit into almost any price range.  When we decide on a lot, we have numerous home plans to choose from that best suits your clients lifestyle. 

After we calculate the costs of the home package, including the lot, a purchase agreement is signed along with $1000 deposit, and the price of the home is guaranteed.  Even if building costs go through the roof during the construction of your new home, your price stays the same. 

Step 2 - We will then give you or your clients a list of vendors to choose flooring, lighting, appliances and cabinetry.  They will then be able to visit these vendors, at a time that is convenient for them, and choose their products.  It's that easy!  During the building process your clients will be in direct contact with Oevering Homes to get updates and answers to any questions that they may have.  We know how much time it can take to coordinate a sale.  That's why we will handle most of the details for you while respecting your relationship with your client. 

Step 3 - Closing.  Once we do a final walkthrough of your clients new home, we will be ready to close.  Assured Title of Hudson handles all of Oevering Homes' closings and are very familiar with every aspect of the process.  By now, your clients have chosen their lot, model of home, appliances, lighting, flooring, and any extras or upgrades of the home.  So we're ready to hand over the keys!  It's that simple!
